Jingoli Power opens EPC unit for large-scale solar projects

Jingoli Power launched a new solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) division as part of its renewable energy services portfolio. Jingoli Power LLC is a professional services provider for complex electrical utility construction projects and a subsidiary of Joseph Jingoli and Son Inc., a century-old private construction company based in New Jersey.

Jingoli Power’s EPC solar unit is currently supporting the execution of two US EPC projects with Lightsource bp and plans to support large-scale solar projects up to 500MW. Jingoli’s team is a mix of engineers, business supervisors, project managers, military veterans and utility line workers. The company’s senior management team has worked together for over 15 years.

“Our team is uniquely positioned to meet the growing demand for competitive and reliable large-scale solar development,” said Karl Miller, CEO of Jingoli Power. “Our teams are eager to participate in building the network of the future.”

In communities where it has active solar projects, Jingoli Power will also provide job training and apprenticeships to residents and teens interested in STEM careers through its Competitive Edge program, which is designed to ensure that investment dollars from a stay in the community project to build a stronger local community. the economy and the workforce. Through Competitive Edge, Jingoli Power also recruits minority and female-owned contractors, provides incentives for contractors to hire a diverse local employee base, and prioritizes procurement from suppliers. community.
